Brachycephalic (snub-nosed) breeds are prohibited from traveling in the cargo hold/checked baggage; allowed in-cabin only if they safely fit under-seat dimensions
The pet carrier counts as the traveler's one permitted personal item. The pet must remain completely enclosed and zipped inside the under-seat kennel for the entire duration of the flight.
